Delete Your ShareLime Account
You can permanently delete your ShareLime account either directly from the app or by verifying your identity on this page. Once your account is deleted, your profile, matches, chats, and uploaded content are permanently removed. Some limited information may be retained for legal compliance and safety purposes, as described in Data retention below.

Can't verify above? Request deletion by email
If you signed up with Google and don't have a password set, or you signed up with a phone number and can't verify it here, you can always request deletion by email — this option is open to every user:
- Email artiainfinite@gmail.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number on your account.
- Put "Delete my account" in the subject line.
- We'll confirm you own the account, then delete it.
We normally process account deletion requests within a few business days after verifying ownership of the account. (This is our routine turnaround; the 30-day figure in our Privacy Policy is the outer legal deadline for formal data requests, not how long this usually takes.)
You can also delete your account instantly at any time from the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we permanently delete your profile, photos, videos, reels, matches, chats, likes, comments, saved content, preferences, and the other personal information associated with your account. Your sign-in record is deleted too, so the phone number or email address is free to register a fresh account later.
How long it takes
Deletion requests submitted in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) are processed immediately. Requests submitted through this page are processed immediately after successful verification — there is no waiting period and no cooling-off window.
If you request deletion by email instead, we normally process it within a few business days after verifying ownership of the account.
Data retention
After your account is deleted:
- Your profile is permanently removed from ShareLime and is no longer visible to anyone.
- Your photos, videos, and reels are deleted.
- Your chats, matches, and likes are removed.
- Backups: residual copies may persist in encrypted infrastructure backups for up to 30 days, after which they are overwritten.
- Safety records: reports made about your account, and records of any ban, are retained where necessary to protect other users, prevent banned users from returning, and comply with legal obligations. These records are kept to a minimum and are not used for anything else.
- Payment records: none. ShareLime does not collect payment or card details, so there is nothing of that kind to retain.
Retained information is securely deleted once it is no longer required. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your ShareLime account does not delete your Google account
If you signed in with Google, deleting your ShareLime account removes your ShareLime profile and the copy of your Google email, name, and photo that we hold. It does not delete or affect your Google account itself — that remains entirely yours and is managed by Google.
You can also review or remove ShareLime's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account settings, under Third-party apps & services. Removing access there stops future sign-ins but does not by itself delete your ShareLime account — use one of the methods above for that.
Frequently asked questions
Can I recover my account after deleting it?
No. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You'd need to create a new account and start over.
How long does deletion take?
Immediately after successful verification.
Will my chats disappear?
Yes. Your conversations and matches are removed.
Will I be charged, or do I need to cancel a subscription?
No. ShareLime premium is currently free during early access — we don't collect payment details and
there is no subscription to cancel.
Can I delete my data without deleting my account?
You can edit or remove individual photos, reels, and profile details at any time in the app. To
request anything else, email artiainfinite@gmail.com.
